Spa Policy

We are committed to providing you timely services and look forward to making your time with us an intimate and relaxing experience.

RESERVATIONS

Services are available by appointment only. A major credit card is required to hold a reservation for any of our services. A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required when booking any of our services; deposit will be credit to the total cost of services. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out a client profile and prepare for your treatment.

CANCELLATIONS

We kindly ask that you promptly notify us if you need to cancel appointments. Last minute cancellations, reschedules and no shows leave openings that cannot be filled. Accordingly, cancellations made with less than 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% the price of services; cancellation fees will not be credited to future appointments. No shows may be charged the cost of full service. For pre-paid services or packages, that session may be forfeited.

An appointment booked for a same day services are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

LATE ARRIVALS

Your timeliness is essential for us to provide outstanding customer services. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service. Client will be responsible for the full-service fee.

GRATUITIES

Our services do not include gratuity. While gratuity is optional, we suggest 18% of the full price of service. We kindly accept gratuities in cash or via Venmo.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS

Customers under the age of 17 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Customers ages 13-17 must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room during the entire service and service must be performed by therapist of the same gender.

NO GUESTS

Except for as stated in Minimum Age Requirements, no guests are allowed without prior consent. For safety reasons, there is a zero-tolerance policy on children under the age of thirteen.

RATES

PAR reserves the right to discontinue services, modify or change service and prices without prior notification. Rates may be adjusted for special circumstances.

RETAIL PRODUCTS

Products purchased are non-refundable unless damage or defective.
